Plans for The Blog in 2022

Spread the love

Merry Christmas, my blogger friends and readers!

With only two weeks left until the new year, 2021 has definitely been a rollercoaster ride for many due to the almost 2 years old pandemic. So, my thoughts and prayers go out to those who were hardest hit. My prayers also go out for those who were horribly affected by the recent tornadoes- know that we’re all thinking of and praying for you!

As 2021 draws to a close, some changes are planned for the blog in 2022.

1. Around Jan. 20, the plan is to go self-hosted. I’m excited, yes, but I’d be a liar if I said I wasn’t a little frightened at the same time.

2. Another plan is to significantly reduce the frequency of posts to focus more on health, completing unfinished novels, and redecorating.

3. On a personal note, I also plan to finally get that dreaded eye-exam I’ve been putting off. Here in the last few weeks, the words and letters have been running together causing trouble with reading and writing. So, it’s definitely time to bite the bullet.

Cataracts and Macular Degeneration run wild in my family, so pray that I have neither.

These aren’t New Year’s resolutions but only plans. Resolutions tend to fall flat after the first month. 😁

You never know what the future will bring. Personally, I have a sense of renewed hope for the new year and truly believe that we will see the end of the pandemic in 2022! It’s not a prediction, it’s only a feeling I have.

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperousΒ  New Year! πŸŽ„πŸ₯³

So, what are your plans for 2022? What hopes and dreams do you have? Feel free to comment below.

I’m also due an eye exam. I hate those, especially when they dilate your eyes and you have to go outside so soon afterwards.

I hope all your plans work out Cherie as you deserve it. Just remember, no matter how often or not you post, you will still have many readers here to read them when you do. As for me, I plan to stop making excuses and procrastinations and get my third novel done.

Have a great Christmas and New Year. I have had the cataract op. – for one eye. Take care of yourself – sending up some vapour on your behalf. (Just got new glasses too – great to see better 😎)

I like your plans, Cherie. Mine are to be massively successful with everything I do and to embark on at least two new projects. I don’t know what’s they will be yet, but I’m enormously excited about them already. πŸ˜ƒ

Happy holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I am thinking my blog will pretty much remain status quo, though we have been battling the worst bullying anyone could imagine …… “Parental Alienation”, not by our child, but by our ex-DIL, in alienating our grandchildren from us AND their father. Very sad situation. Your word have helped me a lot this past year, THANK YOU! <3

Thank you for your kindness and encouragement! You don’t know how much this means. πŸ’– My heart hurts for you. πŸ’” I’m so sorry your Ex daughter-in-law is alienating your precious grandchildren from you and your child. That really IS the worst kind of bullying and it’s also a form of child abuse! It not only hurts you but those precious children. Lord, you don’t know how I hurt for you. But I believe the truth will eventually come out and will backfire on the bullying parent. Know that you’re in my thoughts and prayers. ❀ πŸ™

Wishing you too a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year! πŸŽ„πŸ’«πŸ’–

I’m ready for this pandemic to end. I want to see people’s faces again…

My plans for the blog in 2022 are to keep doing what I’m doing and write about Character-Greg’s 1997. Lots of big things will happen in 1997.

My plans for life in 2022… I’m really not sure. Everything is so unpredictable these days…

Cherie my dear, I love your determination and dedication to your cause. Stay on course as you spread your wings girlfriend. πŸ¦… I think we all are praying for a hopeful year ahead. As you noted while paying respect to those affected by COVID-19 and the devastating tornadoes, as well as, those wildfires, we continue to pray for their strength and recovery. To watch the devastation on the news is so heartbreaking and extremely emotional. πŸ˜ŒπŸ˜•πŸ˜”

Thank you so much, sweetie! πŸ’–πŸ’πŸŒΉ My brother, who is a whiz in technology, will help me to migrate everything over to my self-hosted site so I won’t lose any of my awesome blogger friends, readers, and followers. You guys mean a lot to me. I chose to go self-hosted so that I can have more control over the blog and a wider plug-in amd theme variety. There are just too many opportunities to name. Know that I love you!
Hugs and smooches back, girlie! πŸ€—πŸ˜˜πŸ€—πŸ˜˜πŸ€—πŸ˜˜πŸ€—πŸ˜˜
