My PTSD from bullying comes from not being allowed to report it or stand up for myself. Fearing for my life I accepted the blame for my bullies’ behaviour, and let them force me to be “normal”.

I feel your pain! Because most PTSD does come from not being allowed to defend yourself. It’s where mine came from too. Know that you’re not alone and you have a friend.
