Today’s Quote

“I wouldn’t say I was bullied, but I was definitely a bit of an outcast. It was more the kids thinking I thought I was cool. I started homeschooling in fifth grade, and I was much happier.”

After my own public school experiences, and my husband’s, we are seriously considering homeschooling our little one. We have some time to plan and decide, thankfully! I just know that I would have been able to focus more on studying without the constant peer abuse. I socialized with around 8 girls from the neighborhood, some who didn’t go to my school, and honestly, I would have been happy homeschooled and hanging with my 8 friends only!

I don’t blame you. I would have wanted homeschool back when I was a kid because I was bullied horribly. Public school is a den of bullies anymore. Even some of the teachers can be bullies and they’re worse than the kids. Also, I can’t count how many teachers have been discovered to be pedophiles. Now that is scary! public schools don’t teach kids much these days. And many are teaching sex related stuff to kids as young as kindergarten. I can tell you that if I had small children today, I would homeschool them. Know that I’m behind you.
