It is indeed! The love my hubby and I share is rich and full; the love I got from my mother is not. That seems to weigh heavier on my heart than my hubby’s and goodness I wish I knew how to flip the scale so that the love of my husband’s would outweigh a mother’s (lack of) love.
I’m sorry your mother didn’t love you like you needed. I understand that alone can leave a huge void in your heart. But the love you have with your husband is a blessing and I’m so glad you found that. May you both have a beautiful life together. ❤️
